The tea gardens of HuangShan Mao Feng are distributed in high hill and deep ravine which the elevation has about 1200 meters and the gradient reaches about 30-50 degrees. In here, climate is mild, rain is fall, soil is fertile, upper is deep, air is very moist,the time of sunshine is short. The tea tree is always in Yun-Xia Wei steamed.”Good tea is valuable in picking in time”. The collection process of HuangShan Mao Feng is from Qingming to Grain Rain and the process is very fine. The tea can be called the nonpareil. The shape of the tea is like the tongue of the sparrow. The tea is well-proportioned and hardy. The color of the tea is like ivory and the color of the tea’leaves is golden. When soaked it in the water that the temperauter has about 90 degrees, you will feel that the smell is very fragrance , the soup is limpid, the taste is fresh ,soupy, mellow,sweet and refreshing.
