Sawdust Drying Machine
Application:
Sawdust Drying Machine is suitable for dry the grain, sawdust, etc small granular materials. It can dry the raw materials quickly and with higher capacity.
Technical Details:
1. HGJ-I and HGJ-II Sawdust Drying Machine are suitable to process materials which moisture content between 20%-25%. And it can reduce the moisture to 8%-12% one drying time.
2. HGJ-III Sawdust Drying Machine is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time.
Working Principle:
Wet material is input into the hopper. The stove generates hot air, hot air mixed with wet sawdust and then sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower , flowing and go though the curving pipes and buffer(drying chamber) of dryer, thus the wet sawdust is dried, and the dried sawdust is discharged from the outlet with air lock.
