Control System

2. By Computerize running, if lower air pressure, short of filling liquid, wrong motion or any abnormal else that would be displayed on the monitor or the alarm light, the operator could find out the problem immediately.
Cup Falling
Using pneumatic design on the falling system, which has each cup be fallen smoothly.
Cup Washing
Make sure no dirt with the cup by washing before filling.
Cup Filling
1. Each liquid filling through individual ball valve & timeer that controls the flowing amount stably. Also ensures the quality of your filling amount.
2. If the volume of container over 350ml, that would be have additional filling device to fulfill the demand of large volume.
Cup Sealing
1. That?s better to have double-sealer for ensuring sealing quality, and the film adjusting & cutting automatically.
2. As for the mass production, this feature would be the good helper.
3. Individual temperature control on each mold different from the traditional design, all molds control simultaneously. The innovation improves to reduce the defect rate validity.
Date Printing
Use ink jet printer to fit with highly production. The painting could be dried within one second and accurate painting position.
Loading by Labor
Except loading into a carton or box must be done by labor, all of the motions of this machine are fully automation.
Carton Sealer
After have the cups loading into a carton and leave on the conveyer, the Carton Sealer would be sealed automatically.
CIP function
After running of machine whole day, turn on this function for auto pipes cleaning. To remove the unnecessary impurities out of pipes.
