Application:
*Confected milk drink(acidity):milk protein 1.0-1.2%
*Lactobacillus drink: milk protein 0.7-1.7% active or inactive lactobacillus drinks; milk protein 1.7-2.3% active lactobacillus drink
*Juice yoghurt drink: milk protein 0.7-2.3%
*Sterilized yoghurt drink: milk protein 2.3%

*In the process of produce, storage and sales, it can make products keep stable and uniform system,prevent protein deposit and fat float.
*It can improve the texture and give product suitable consistency and clean smooth taste.

Recommend usage level 0.45-0.6%(as required).
