Since 1995, Dongguan Onic Technology Co.,Ltd has been specialized in manufacturing punching/stamping parts, automatic/CNC lathing parts, CNC machining parts,electronic hardware.We are also professional in design and produce all kinds of hardware molds, located in Wusha Industrial Zone(near New Bubugao Industrial Park) of Chang' an Town, an important town of hardware, machinery and molds in China, with very convenient traffic conditions.
The products are widely applied in the fields of household appliances, office equipment, communication equipment, sports and fitting facilities, machinery, electronics, clocks, gifts, acoustics equipment, instruments and meters. New factory building covering 8000 square meters..We are equipped with production and machining equipments, including 80 sets of various punching machines from 6.3T to 100T,70 sets of automatic lathes and CNC lathes, and over 30 sets of various mold opening equipment,100 sets of second-time machining equipment covering small punching machines, hole drilling machines, tapping machines, thread rolling machines, grooving machines,desk lathes, plate shearing machines,added hardware polishing and drawing equipments;we have also advanced quality inspection equipment including high precision numerically controlled projectors, springs, tensile strength and pressure testers, torque testers and Vickers hardness testers.
With good equipment, scientific technology, talents of high quality, precise inspection instruments and integrated computer-aided managed, the products are designed in compliance with international standards and made elaborately in pursuit of first-class quality
