• Items of Buffalo   - Fore Quarter & Slices, Hind Quarter (Topside, Silverside, Rump, and Knuckle) Strip Loin, Tender Loin. 

• Offal                         - Tail, Tongue, Tripe, Omasum, Cheek meat, Tail, Paddy  etc... 

• Shelf Life                - One (1) year 

• Age of an Animal - Buffalo (3-5 years) 

• Chemical                - pH 5.8 to 6 

• Microbiological: Total plate counts/ standard plate counts

- less then one million Pathogenic bacteria-nil 

• Fit for human consumption, meat is tender juicy, soft, deboned, de-glanded, free from foreign material, natural fed animal, 

• Halal by Islamic rite (Jamat-e-ulma-e-hind) 

• Freezing                 - (-40 Centigrade )

• Packing                  - by 20/18 kg  sea cargo cartons or as per buyer request 

• Export documents          - Halal & Health certificate, Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Origin. 

• Packing details     - Slices & Bobby Veal is 18 kg cartons, 900 grams pack or (900gmsx20=18     kg) Forequarter -4/5 kg roll in 20 kg cartons. 

Hindquarter cuts like Hind quarter, Topside, Silverside, Rump, and Knuckle are individually wrapped & packed (IWP in 20 kg cartons. 

Tenderloin - IWP in 18/20 kg. 

• Details on cartoons -  production & expiry date, halal, net weight of product, storage  instructions like stored at -18/20 Centigrades.or it will be plain cartons without any mark or we mark some code numbers to identify the product.
