♦ INTRODUCTION
We are a Korean supplier specialized in hijiki (or hiziki), other seaweeds and sea vegetables. We provide instantly usable hijiki that is easily and quickly restorative to its natural state by simply soaking in the water. Our hijiki products are produced using the top quality hijiki, grown off the coast of Wando and Jeju of southeast Korea, well known for its clean and safe sea water. Our hijiki is processed with great care to preserve its natural nutrients, taste and flavor under strict sanitary standards.
♦ PRODUCTION DETAILS
Our Hiziki is carefully selected during spring and summer at its peak season. Our hijiki processing follows the same methods as ISE(ee-say), famous seaweed processing area in Japan. It is naturally sun-dried first. Then it is washed, steamed to soften the plant, and left for several hours to cool. And it is dried again and screened thoroughly to remove foreign matter, and packed according to specific requirements of each customer.

- Made with 100% Korean hijiki, No artificial additives, preservatives or colorants.
- Wild grown hijiki and cultivated hijiki, both are available
- Steamed hijiki, (not boiled), contains no artificial softening agents
- For its black color enhancement, natural dyeing with arame juices is available at request
- Moisture : 7.0± 2.0% / Salt : 1.0±0.5%
- No Radioactive substances (Not detected of I-131/ CS-134/ CS-137)

- HJK-S : Short Hijiki (Me-hijiki S size) made with hijiki bud (normal size hijiki bud)
- HJK-SS : Super Short Hijiki (Me-hijiki SS size) made with hijiki bud (smaller size hijiki bud)
- HJK-M : Medium Hijiki (Naga-Hijiki M size) made with hijiki stem and branch (20mm - 50mm long)
- HJK-L : Long Hijiki (Naga-Hijiki L size) made with hijiki stem and branch (longer than 50mm)
