Here I introduce our refrigerated truck bodies briefly:

Our refrigerated bodies processed with dry-wet method is made of GRP and PU foam with all-closed structure that the GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic Fiber) outside and PU foam in the core. 

 

Standard thickness:

Front/rear/side panel: 82mm roof/floor panel: 105mm 

The thickness can be changed according to customer’s requirements

 

The dimension of panel can be chosen at the follow range:

Length 0-15750mm

Width 0-3400mm

Thickness 25-135mm

 

The main characters of our refrigerated & insulated bodies are as follows:

Our insulated body is processed with Dry-Wet method, which is all-closed panel structure. The available dimensions of insulated panel are thickness in 25mm~135mm, 16000mm in maximum length. It is good at insulation, environmental protection, economizing on energy, high intensity, light mass (reduces 40% self-weight than the metallic products), long service life, anti aging, anti changeful weather. The insulation performance reaches international Grade A. We adopt the free-Freon molding PU of German PUREN as the insulated sandwich material. The internal and external covering sheet adopts the high polymer compound material, which is molded one-off in the pressure machine.We now have 4 sets of the pressure machines for molding of panels. The annual throughput of insulated panel is 2000 sets. The insulated panel meets Europe ATP Standard, and we also use this material to manufacture some types of cabin equipment for Army, Emergency Mobile Telecommunication Truck for China Mobile and China Unicom, Catering Truck for CAAC. We also provide special refrigerated trucks for the famous companies such as Mengniu Milk, Shuanghui Group and Nestle.
