2. Each proofer has separate system for heating and humidity, supplies more powerful and sufficient heat and moisture into the proving chamber;
3. The unit makes excellent and even proving atmosphere to each dough piece by special inside design and circulating airflow.
4. The proofer has internal lighting and large windows with insulated glazing which make the process easy to monitor.
5. Drip-plate inside top of the proofer protects water drops to bread dough.
