Product Description:  PSA nitrogen generator machine uses the air as raw material.  By use of the selective absorption character of carbon molecular sieve, this process separates nitrogen and oxygen on the basis of the principle that pressurization gives absorption and depressurization gives desorption.

PSA nitrogen generator fully incorporates German technique for nitrogen generation and molecular sieve filling process, the life of machine can be over 10years.Working stable and static condition, not only retain the tensile strength of molecular sieve but also the correction ratio of stacking density of molecular against volume of absorption tower remains zero.Our product has successfully incorporated vortex emission discharge.  The entire process of discharge and replenishment is completed within 15 minutes.Energy saving, Consumption reduction, it can be fully automatic according to customers requirement.

Product Specification/model:  According to customer’s requirement, capacity of the machine can be 10Nm3/Min to 1000Nm3/Min, purify can be 99 % to 99.9995%.  We can also supply air compressor and air dyer if you required to be fit in the whole system.
