1. Modified Atmosphere Packaging is founded around 1999.
2. Normally, the Nitrogen is having 80% spread in the air and other rest 20% is composed by Oxygen and other elements.
3. The running of our MAP:
3.1 Vacuum for remove all air out from the chamber.
3.2 Seal the tray.
3.3 Nitrogen filling 99% spread into a pack as standard.
**to isolate the oxygen from your food and keep it's fresh.
4. For example, we put the fish into refrigerator (8 ~ 12 Celsius Degree), which only could keep 5~7 days for fresh however it's color or taste. But that will keep it?s fresh over 3 weeks while filling 99% Nitrogen into a pack.
