Features:
1.Liquide nitroogen or carbon dioxide absorbs amount of heat during boiling process, this cooling capacity can be used to realize quick freezing of foods.
2.Imported temperature controller in conjunction with the imported flow control valve can control automaticly the consumption of LN2/LCO2, it is helpful in saving production cost.
3.It is made of SUS304 and it has good cold tolerance and more reliable working performance.
The processing speed is adjustable, it satisfy most processing requirements of many kinds of foods.
