Application:
Low Sugar: Suitable for Making Sugar-Free and Low sugar bread (in dough containing 0-7% sugar in formula (on total weight)
High Sugar: Suitable for making heavy sugar & oil breads (in dough 7-18% sugar in formula (on total weight)
Direction for Use:
1. Dissolved the yeast in 35-38 Celsius Degrees water.
Packing: 5kg, 500g, 450g, 400g, 125g, 100g, 25g, 20g, 15g, 12g, 11g, 10g.
Inside Packing: Individual units vacuum packed in poly-laminate foil sachets. Heat sealed.
Outside Packing: Packed into cardboard carton
Sachets and Cartons packaging labeled with production codes and date of manufacture.
Storage: Keep the unopened in cool, dry Place.
Once opened, store sealed and refrigerated.
