Machine mechanism

Hot melt adhesive label machine is complex in its mechanism. Sending label system, belt conveyance system, cutting label unit, bottle separation wheel system, vacuum attaching system, bottle separation star disc and hot melt adhesive gluing device.  Evenly sending label in high and lower  speed is  automatically  controlled  and  adjusted by loosening  and  tightening mechanism system  and  thereby  avoids wrinkle  by its over-looseness or break by its over-tightness.

Operation steps

Hot melt adhesive labeling machine is importing of the bottle, label cutting, gluing, positioning, and compression, all processing is fully automatic, prompt and precise.  Emergency stop safety device disables machine when senses abnormality.  Automatic system and alarm will be immediately activated when out of label.

Servo-motor adopts Taiwan and SPP brand; computer automatic control electronic system uses Taiwan Delta; electronic sensor system employs Japanese Sanyo, Keyence and Panasonic. Photo-sensors detect label output and automatically self regulates production speed to coordinate with other systems to keep label synchronous, quick, accurate and precise.

Labeling quality

Labeling is intact; the whole surface is smooth and no wrinkles; the correction is ± 0.01(mm).  Because hot melt adhesive label machine is adopting unshrinkable label materials, design and color on the label is indeformable and unchangeable.
