It is a Traditional Turkish Pastry which is pastirma,cheese and spinach filled spring rolls. This is a perfect combination of spicy pastirma (air dried cured beef), savory cheese and scrumptios spinach.
When it fried or baked (traditionally it is consumed as fried) cheese is melted and cover the pastirma which is just irrestible.
It requires lot of time and patience to make a tasty pacanga borek, thats why Harika has prepared and serves the customer. Size, shape and filling can be reformulated and adjusted according to your request.
