Frozen Garlic

There are two main varieties of garlic in Shandong Province, the largest origin of garlic in the world. We use 4/6-clove garlic to produce IQF Garlic Segments and BQF Mashed Garlic. Our production is from July to September and supply to customers constantly.
1. IQF Garlic Segments:
(1) Descriptions:
A. Blanched or Unblanched;
B. Uncalibrated or Calibrated to Size L, M and S.
Large(L): 160-240cloves/kg;
Middium(M): 240-320cloves/kg;
Small(S): 320-450cloves/kg.
(2) Packing: 10kg/CTN inner blue poly bag.
(3) CTNR Capacity: 24MT/40'Reefer.
2. BQF Mashed Garlic:
(1) Packing: 1kg/Block x 10/CTN;
(2) CTNR Capacity: 24MT/40' Reefer.
3. Frozen Garlic Bolt/Sprout:
(1) Size: 5cm in length;
(2) Packing: 500g/PE Bag x 20/CTN.
(3) CTNR Capacity: 20MT/40' Reefer.

Our company mainly produce and supply Fresh/Frozen Vegetables and Fruits, Chilli and Peanut Products.
