We are dealing exclusively in processing raw, cooked and breaded Frozen Penaeus Vannamei shrimp about 10 years. We have all kinds of certificates (such as HACCP, USDC, ACC, BRC and so on) to support us to mainly export our high quality products to Russia, America, Europe and so on. On the other hand, we cooperate with many good qualities Shrimp Ponds which obtain CIQ supply certificate in a long term to make sure we have abundant Frozen Shrimp stock in all the year. All the shrimps are clean, wholesome processing, hard frozen by water which is meet U.S. Public Health Drinking Water Standard. What's more, the processing is under the whole HACCP plan, GMP, SSOP control. We imported a high-tech MS-MS machine from USA a few years ago to ensure each batch of raw materials and products none illegal animal drugs residue.

We mainly produce cooked and raw head on shell on, peeled deveined tail on, peeled deveined tail off, raw headless shell on. We mainly export cooked head on shell on to Russia. About the frozen breaded shrimp, there are frozen breaded (fully clean) tail round/butterfly shrimp, breaded torpedo shrimp, prefried breaded shrimp and oriental filo wrapped shrimp roll.

Savvy seafood Inc was established in 2002 in Zhanjiang Guangdong province. We obtained many certificates, such as CIQ, ISO 9001, NSF, YUM, BAP, USDC, EU, BRC, SGS, ACC and so on.Our company is located in the center of Vannamei shrimp processing areas and not far away from our contracted shrimp ponds to make sure that the shrimp is fresh when we transport them back to our plant in the peak season. Our plant area is about 16,000 square meters and workshop area is about 5,000 square meters. What is more, our cold storage can contain 1,200 tons raw material. It is ensure that we have rich stocks to continue export and domestic sales after shrimp peak season until next coming.There are about 500 regular workers and 80 managing staff in our company, but in the peak season, the regular workers can be reached about 700.There are 2 pcs of hand breaded lines, 1pcs of machine bread line, 3 pcs of shrimp graders, 1 pcs of fryer, 1 pcs of steam cooker, 1 pcs of boiled cooker, 10 pcs of blast freezer and 1 sprial freezer. We can produce 40tons of frozen shrimp cooked head on shell on, or 30 tons of cooked/raw peeled deveined tail on/off, or 20tons of frozen breaded shrimps each day. Our mainly Vannamei shrimp products are frozen breaded shrimp, raw or cooked head on shell on, headless shell on, peeled deveined tail on/tail off. As I mentioned above certificates can support us to export our products to USA, EU and Russia. We started to export our frozen breaded shrimp since 2005 after the US anti-dumping, until now, we totally sold about 600 pcs of 40 feet containers to there and all passed the FDA detection. And about the Russia, we mainly sale cooked head on shell on to there. These two countries are our mainly marker.
