Natamycin

Specification:

Natamycin is not a new broad and high-efficient natural  food preservative, but also is the only approved anti-fungal preservative in the international area. Natamycin inhibits the growth of fungi, but also inhibits the production of their toxin. It would not impact food taste.Meanwhile, natamycin is difficult to be absorbed by human digestive tract so that it is safe for human being.

°CNatamycin is widely used for preservation on the products such as cheese, bread, bacon, barbecue, sausage,ham,fermented meat,mayonnaise and salad dressing, fermented alcoholic beverages,fruit juices,soft drinks and energy drinks, fruit products etc..

Natamycin 50% in Lactose is a mixture of natamycin and Lactose.It  is widely used for preservation on the products such as cheese, bread,baked foods products etc..

Natamycin 50% in Glucose is a mixture of natamycin and Glucose.It  is widely used for preservation on the products such as beer,wine and other fermented alcoholic beverages, fruit juices,soft drinks and energy drinks, fruit products etc..

Natamycin 50% in Nacl is a mixture of natamycin and Nacl.It  is widely used for preservation on the products such as bacon, barbecue, sausage,ham,fermented meat,mayonnaise and salad dressing products etc..

Natamycin

Natamycin,in the concentration of 2.5-100mg/kg, can significantly extend product shelf life.The application amount for mayonnaise and salad dressing should not exceed 20 mg/kg and for fermented alcoholic beverages should not exceed 10 mg/L;for others, the recommended application amount is 30-300 mg/kg,but should not exceed 300 mg/kg.Maximun residue levels must not exceed 10 mg/kg

 

 

Natamycin suspension can be added directly(spraying or immersion)to the food. Natamycin also can be added directly to liquid food.
