Usage: The product is a natural vegetable oil as raw materials of new environmental protection plasticizer. It an effective replacement for (DOP),(DBP),in PVC processing products ,can use 20-30 per dosage .

-          Resin compatibility and volatility is low .

-          there is good light and heat stability ,could be applied to all of the PVC products .Epoxy fatty acid methyl ester plasticizer DOP plasticizers

-           can replace not only produce non-toxic, environmentally friendly PVC products can be widely used in food packaging, medical supplies, toys and water pipes etc but also used in as a cellulose resin and synthetic rubber non-toxic plasticizers and softeners in the product processing,

-          add the epoxy fatty acid methyl ester can significantly improve the physical properties of products and the extension of the aging time, and barium/cadmium/zinc and other metal stabilizers and when there is good synergy. In addition,

-           the product is also widely used in wire and cable, refrigerator seal, sheet, pipe, plastic shoes and other industries.  

Epoxy methyl ester as a new type of plasticizer and stabilizer, produced the performance of PVC products  (including mechanical processing performance, weather resistance performance and plasticization performance) to reach the national standard ,but should not be used in high-temperature wire and cable in.

Application of the implementation of product, for example:

1. Production of PVC hard board ,hard  pipes, toys and other hard, epoxy fatty acid methyl ester using the period of 10-20%;

2. production PVC artificial leather, sandals, soft toys, records materials, medical  devices, automotive flooring materials agricultural nozzle, fire house, printed matter, gloves etc, the use of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester for 20-30%;

3. Production of PVC film, hose etc, the use of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester for 20-30%; 

4. rubber products at the production of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester for 20-30% usage.

Application of the implementation of the above , in accordance with manufactures software and hardware level, to add volume at 5-30%,and the greater the volume of products to add more soft, and have access to the following effect:
