The yeast consists of several biological active materials needed by human body such as quality protein, animal acid, vitamin B, microelement and carbohydrate.
Our yeast has good quality and high fermenting power.
Usage:
Mix the dry yeast with flour, ration: 0.5%-1%
If low sugar yeast, the sugar content of the flour should be less than 8%;
If high sugars yeast, the sugar content of the flour should be more than 8%.
Make into dough, and keep the dough in 30 degree condition. After fermentation then do shape. Put the dough aside for 10-15min, then put into steamer or oven.
Our yeast can be added directly to the mixer by mixing it dry with the flour or by sprinkling it on top of the dough when mixing begins.
