For dicalcium phosphate (DCP) our factory uses only phosphor ore, limestone, magnesium carbonate, magnesia, iron and H2SO4 as materials.

We manage strictly during every step:

1. We manage the raw materials with strict measures. Such as the lime, sulfate and phosphorus rock.
2. After the phosphate rock milled, we test the P and Ca contain value, Also, the heavy metal just as lead all should be tested.
3. The phosphoric acid after being produced. The heavy metal like F, As, Pb, lead should be tested.
4. In the neutralization step, we test the PH value
5. In the drying process, we test the water and heavy metal value.

Feed grade dicalcium phosphate is easily soluble in dilute Hydrochloric Acid, dilute Nitric Acid and Acetic Acid, low soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol with low moisture absorption, it is used to supply mineral nutrition such as phosphorus and calcium.

DCP (Feed Grade) is extensively applied in improving hybridization rate, pregnant rate and survive rate, enhancing livestock the capability of anti-plague and anti-disease, avoiding rickets, anemia, paralysis, diarrhea and Soft shell, preventing pig, chicken from Disordering feeding, helping growth, and increasing the output of egg and meat.
