Powder to obtain " flan caramel ? (jelly pudding with caramel sauce ) and ? Cr?me Br?l?e ? ( French ) ? Crema Catal?n ( Spanish ) "

 

 

APPLICATION - RECIPE ? METHOD

 

? Flan Caramel / Cr?me Br?l?e ? is a powder to be mixed ( manually ) with cold water from the tap to make ? Flan Caramel ? or with cream to make ? Cr?me Br?l?e ?.

 

Recipe Flan Caramel :

  • 250 gr. Flan Caramel / Cr?me Br?l?e powder            ( 20 % )
  • 1000 gr. Water                                                  ( 80 % )

    Method :

    • Stir ( manually ) the 2 ingredients for about 15 seconds with the whisk. Fill little cups with this liquid and let rest for 2 hours in the fridge. Turn around the cups on a plate ( or don?t ). Add caramel sauce.

      Recipe Cr?me Br?l?e :

      • 250 gr. Flan Caramel / Cr?me Br?l?e powder            ( 20 % )
      • 500 gr. Water                                                              ( 40 % )
      • 500 gr. Cream                                                             ( 40 % )

        Method :

        • Stir ( manually ) the powder and the water for about 15 seconds with the whisk . Add the cream and continue to stir for about 10 seconds.  Fill little cups ( 2 cm high ) with this liquid and let rest for 2 hours in the fridge. Before serving, sprinkle some sugar candy on it and caramelize it with a little flame-thrower.
