Operating instruction:
L this battery charger can charge up 1.5v one-off battery with specification #5& #7. The green indicator light in the middle location on means power on, the red indicator light in left and right location on means charging up, half an hour after red indicator lights off, charging up auto-off.

L the best charging up time for common carbon battery is over one hour, for common alkaline battery is over 10-16 hours, charging-up auto-off. All the charging up process is safe, no overcharging or battery leaking-out problems, no need to monitor on, and the whole process is of auto-control.

L switch on power; the green light on, the red light not on means the battery energy is fully or dry up, not allowed to charged up.

L the best charging time for 1.2v ni-mh and ni-cd rechargeable batteries is over four hours. Because the voltage of rechargeable batteries is low, the red light is always on, this is normal phenomenon. It would not cause overcharging.
