WOOD FRAME CONSTRUCTION:
1) Kiln dried and well polished hardwood frame;
2) All hardwoods are well treated against insects;
3) Plywood, corner blocks also help supporting;
4) No sag spring or Zigzag spring used for seat and back upholstery framing.
SEAT AND BACK CUSHIONS:
1) Using 30#-40#high density foam for seat cushion, wrap poly Dacron for shape and comfort.
2) Using 25# high density foam for back cushion;
3) 100% blown polyester fiber pillows.
4) High quality microfiber fabric cover.
WRAPPING PACKAGE:
1) After be check through the leveling board, use clean-air to air-blow the sofa inside and out before packing;
2) Put silicons on the sofa for dampproof;
3) Cover with non-woven fabric bag;
4) Cardboard protecting the corners and angles; for some solidwood carvings warp with thick foam;
5) Cover with webbing plastic bag, using heavy thread string well the bag.
Lead Time: Within 15 days.

PAYMENT TERMS:
By T/T 30% advance deposit for production 70% balance before loading.
