The machine is mainly used for beverage filling operations. This machine has three
functions of bottle washing, filling and sealing. The whole process is used for
filling juice, mineral water and pure water in bottles made of polyester and plastic.
Application components for bottle adjustment are much simple and efficient to use.
Using a new type of micro-pressure gasoline for faster and more stable filling,
compared with same specifications of similar machinery, it is of higher efficiency.
The system adopts advanced Omron programmable controller (PLC) to control
the operation; chain conveyor for bottles uses transducer controller, and the bottle
mainframe transducer interface is more stable with reliable operation.
Testing the performance of PV components, a high degree of automation is available.
On this basis, instead of changing the platform, we can use a vacuum device.
Low vacuum device is applicable to glass bottles, alcoholic beverage, soy sauce,
and other materials, the closures could be matching aluminum and plastic cap as
the ideal beverage equipment.
