The biomass gasification power generation is fixed bed with down-draft , which can make solid materials into biogas, which can produce electricity and heating energy, replacing oil, coal, and natural gas.
The biomass gasification power generation consists of feeding machine, gasifier furnace, cooling system with filter, oil-water separator, vacuum pump, gas storage bag, pressurization system, dry-type gas tank, pressure relief device, gas pipeline and engine.
Gasification furnace converts biomass from solid materials to gas. In gasification furnace, biomass is managed to burn incompletely through controlled inflow of air to transform from solid material to combustible syngas.

The principle of biomass gasification system is to convert by-products or wastes of agriculture and forestry (rice husks, wood powder, branches, offcuts, corn straws, rice straws, wheat straws, cotton straws, fruit shells, coconut shells, palm shells, bagasse, corncobs,) into syngas. Syngas is then used as fuel in gas engine to generate electricity. Biomass gasification also conquers the disadvantages of biomass, such as low flammability and wide diversity. Biomass gasification system is characteristic of small land requirement and environment friendly.
It is one of the most effective and cleanest ways of utilizing biomass.
The biomass gasification process includes three steps. The first step is biomass gasification, which converts biomass into syngas.
The second step is syngas purification. The producer gas coming from gasifier usually contains contaminants
including dust, coke, tar, ect. The contaminants will be removed by the purification system to ensure normal operation of gas engine.
The third step is power generating in gas engine. The high temperature exhaust gas may be reused by waste
heat boiler to generate steam or hot water for civil use and industrial use. Steam turbine may also be considered to make a gas steam combined cycle power plant, which will increase the total efficiency.
Power ranging from 100kw to 20,000KW. 500rpm~600rpm gas engine and Siemens generator are chosen in our gas genets (100kw,200kw,300kw,
400KW, 500KW, 800kw,1,000kw,1,200kw).
