Protective Paint for Vacuum Plating
PLATIVE VAP2010 Protective Paint
PLATIVE VAP2010 protect paint is specialized applied to vacuum plating, 300 â high temperature capability, acid or alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, good adhesion, and fast-drying, peeling easy.
First, to clean and dry the surface, no oil slicks, no dust. Second, to paint the surface where prevent from plating next (ALATIVE T2010 can be used to dilute the product). Then, forced dry at 100 â before plating. After plating, the coating can be manual stripping, or cleaning with ALATIVE C2010.
Before use, low-speed mixing uniform of PLATIVE VAP2010 is required; dilute the product with special additives ALATIVE T2010,or else it could lead to paint deterioration; the film with a certain thickness, is in order to peeling easy after plating.

Considering the painting method, please dilute the product to appropriate viscosity before use; please use the corresponding thinners, or else it could lead to paint deterioration; during operation, please keep the environment ventilation to prevent inhalation.
